Cyril is a researcher, policy evaluator, and social entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in designing, coordinating, and scaling youth-led initiatives. His work spans various sectors, including climate change, entrepreneurship, health outreach, and community development. He is a member of the UK Research & Innovation International Development Peer Review College and has contributed to high-impact projects and policy evaluations with bilateral and multilateral organizations. Notably, he provided key insights for UNESCO’s policy evaluation on culture and sustainable development. Cyril is currently pursuing a PhD in Evaluation and Applied Research Methods and holds an MSc in Development Evaluation and Management, as well as a BA in Development Management.

Ekua is an Environmental Engineer and Hydrogeologist specializing in water, sanitation, and climate resilience. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Environmental Engineering and holds an MSc in Hydrogeology and Environmental Engineering, as well as a BSc in Environmental Science. With extensive experience in project sourcing and implementation, NGO activities, education and training, laboratory analysis, and water quality assessment, she has a deep passion for developing sustainable solutions. Her work integrates renewable energy, climate change adaptation, and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), aligning with her commitment to addressing the pressing environmental challenges in developing countries.

Stephen is a results-driven professional with expertise in project management and communication. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural/Biosystems Engineering from the University of Ghana and a professional certification in Project Management. Passionate about youth empowerment, he actively engages in organizations that champion this cause, including the Youth Path Organization (YPO). He also serves as the Head of Writers at the Youth Alliance for Leadership and Development in Africa (YALDA) within the International Executive Committee. Stephen is committed to using his skills to drive impactful change in youth development

Yohaness is a dedicated accounting and finance professional with a passion for service and social impact. He is a Chartered Compliance and Cyber Analyst and holds a BSc in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana Business School. Currently, he is pursuing an MBA at Amity University, India. With a strong foundation in financial management, compliance, and risk assessment, he brings strategic insights to Youth Path Organisation. His unwavering enthusiasm and resourcefulness make him a valuable asset in advancing the organization's mission.

Solomon is a Business Administration graduate with a major in Accounting from the University of Ghana, Legon. He is a hardworking and results-driven team player with experience working in corporate environments and engaging in volunteer initiatives. His goal-oriented mindset and dedication to social impact align with the vision of Youth Path Organisation, where he seeks to contribute meaningfully to achieving its mission.

Henry is a financial consultant, writer, and content creator with a strong commitment to community development. He holds a Bachelor's degree in \Political Science and Archaeology from the University of Ghana. His passion for storytelling and advocacy led him to work as a student journalist at Radio Univers for three years, where he served as a news anchor, writer, producer, and reporter. Henry believes in giving back to society, particularly supporting vulnerable communities, and is motivated to use his skills to help YPO drive positive change.

Emmanuel is an IT professional specializing in IT consultancy, troubleshooting, web development, UX/UI design, and project management. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Studies and Philosophy at the University of Ghana. His passion for youth empowerment and digital innovation has led him to collaborate with various organizations, including Global Young Organization, Underprivileged Sustainable Support Aid, and the Volta Region Students' Association-UG. As a tech-driven advocate for youth development,digital literacy; Emmanuel leverages his expertise to enhance digital solutions that support YPO’s initiatives.

Ekua is an Environmental Engineer and Hydrogeologist specialising in water and sanitation and has an MSC in hydrogeology and environmental engineering and a BSc in Environmental Science. She is very versatile and has experiences spanning project sourcing and implementation, NGO activities, education and training, revenue collection, laboratory analysis and water quality analysis as well as research. Her current job has an interesting combination of Renewable energy, Climate Change and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene and defines her interest areas. She is particularly interested in technologies that suit the context and can solve the current challenges of developing countries.
